We kicked it all off with a HYSOC party at Little Fireweed where String Instructor Abimael Melendez led young string players through several short pieces, visiting violinist Gretchen Grube introduced us to bucket drumming, and then we gathered for pizza, popsicles, and conversation.  

We also hosted a Codas get together at Christian Community Church where we welcomed Gretchen for an evening of fiddling fun, followed by refreshments.
