Homer OPUS is a nonprofit organization that delivers string-based music programs to local youth with the belief that broad access to music education changes children’s lives and transforms communities. We rely on donations and grants like these to be able to continue to expand our programs and help defray program expenses. We are grateful for the support.

PlayUSA is a project of Carnegie Hall’s Mellon Foundation that supports community organizations that offer music education to K–12 students. Carnegie Hall supports activities that broaden public access to classical music. PlayUSA’s goals are to make music learning and performance more accessible for students from under-resourced communities; support students’ creativity and human development; and strengthen the effectiveness of socially responsive instrumental instruction. The Mellon Foundation is a New York City-based foundation that supports just communities, creative expression and the visionaries who connect us all.
