Link Up Concert a Swinging Success

On March 4, dozens of OPUS students performed with the Kenai Peninsula Orchestra at the Mariner Theater in The Orchestra Swings “Link Up” concert, a program of the Carnegie Hall to expand music education across the country. OPUS players joined youth across the country who played with their own regional orchestras in a concert featuring the music of Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Florence Price, Leonard Bernstein, and others.
